An exclusive report from Football Insider claims Premier League giants Liverpool have placed a £25million price tag on winger Harry Wilson amid interest from several teams in the league.
According to Football Insider, a source close to Wolverhampton Wanderers reveals the club are plotting a swoop for the attacker, following his exploits for Derby County this season.
Wilson has been one of the standout performances in the Championship this season with the 22-year-old showing some scintillating performances while on loan away from Chelsea.
He’s an integral of Frank Lampard’s side eyeing a return to the Premier League via the Championship play-off final against Aston Villa later this month.
Wilson, a youth-product from Liverpool, is the Championship side top scorer with 16 goals and six assists to his name that has earned his a strong reputation as one of the best young attackers in the country.
This performance has seen him linked with many teams across England, and he’s reportedly going to be given the green light to leave Anfield for the right price.
He’s an highly rated figure at Liverpool and was offered a new long-term deal last summer that runs until the summer of 2023 before joining Derby on season-long loan.
However, with the player unlikely to break into Klopp’s all stars-studded attack next season, the Merseyside could consider his sale if their £25million valuation is met by any of his suitor.
